I want to say what exceptional service we received from Atlantic Elevator company on a recent issue we were having with a home we rent out just before the holiday week. Morgan in the office went above and beyond to help us get on the schedule before our renters arrived on Saturday. Their technician Cameron made a special trip from Corolla to Rodanthe just to get our part replaced in time for the renters to check in. There are a lot of steps in our house and many renters truly depend on the elevator to navigate the house. Atlantic understands this and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a safe and fun vacation. I highly recommend Atlantic and the technician Cameron .

Atlantic Elevators (AE) installed a beautiful new elevator in our home in Duck, NC, during our renovation process. Our intention to “age in place” will one day depend upon being able to move between floors easily and safely in an elevator. The AE team brought that intention to life. Josh and Colton were very professional and knowledgeable. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident from the first “hello” to the completion of the job.
