This new home is a 7,200 square foot, 3-level oceanfront home, built by Forest Seal, LLC is located just past Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head, NC. Construction was completed on June 6, 2013.

Atlantic Elevators installed the Garaventa Elvoron Home Elevator model from the carport to the upper level. This elevator easily conveys guests, luggage, and groceries just steps from guest’s vehicles for easy transport. Installation was completed May 30, 2013.
